In a joint operation carried out by the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Capital Markets Board, four individuals were arrested amid an investigation into alleged manipulation of trades on the Istanbul Stock Exchange (BIST).
During the operation, one of the suspects was reported to still be under search, while the other three were taken into custody and subsequently examined as part of the investigation.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office confirmed that the investigation will continue and that the suspects will be subjected to the legal process.
