Strategic Step for New Production Facility İhlas Ev Aletleri has announced the completion of the acquisition process for 10 parcels of land totaling 22,421.50 square meters in the Arnavutköy district of Istanbul.
The land, where a new production facility is planned to be established, is expected to contribute positively to the company's medium and long-term sales volume and profitability.
Payment Plan and Financial Details The total purchase price for the transaction was set at 917,723,192 TL.
According to the financial schedule, 264 million TL of this amount was paid upfront, while the remaining balance is scheduled to be settled in installments covering the period from March to October 2026.
The board of directors' decision, taken on February 20, 2026, was formalized with the majority approval of independent members.
Valuation and Financial Ratios In an independent valuation report prepared on February 19, 2026, prior to the investment, the market value of the real estate in question was estimated at 861 million TL excluding VAT.
This large-scale investment represents 35% of İhlas Ev Aletleri's total assets in its latest financial statements and 262% of its paid-in capital, demonstrating the company's commitment to its growth vision.
