İstanbul Stock Exchange 9 September 2026: BIST 100 and Currency Gold Developments

The BIST 100 index rose 0.81% to 14,522.59 in the first half of the day, with a low of 14,357.04 and a high of 14,590.33.
Sector indices performed as follows: Services +0.16%, Technology +0.72%, Finance +0.17%, and Industry +1.16%.
Out of the 100 stocks reported, 63 rose, 34 fell, and 3 remained flat.
Top traded stocks included Sasa Polyester, Akbank, Türkiye İş Bankası (C), Tüpraş, and ASELSAN.
Treasury yields: the 15 March 2028 bond had a simple yield of 36.29% and a compounded yield of 39.58%.
Oil prices: London November Brent crude rose 2.60% to $100.50.
Other news: Google will invest €13 billion in Finland for AI; defense spending will focus on national solutions; the EU proposes easing restrictions on short‑term rentals.
