Technology Index Diverges Positively in Borsa Istanbul: Weekly Market Data Released

Index Performance and Sectoral Divergence The BIST 100 index on Borsa Istanbul completed the week of February 16-20 with a volatile performance.
Throughout the week, the index tested a low of 13,718.14 and a high of 14,532.67 points, with significant differentiation observed across sectors.
The services index decreased by 3.08%, the industrial index by 2.60%, and the financial index by 1.17%.
Weekly Stock Highlights Among the stocks included in the BIST 100 index, Destek Finans Faktoring AŞ recorded the highest gain of the week with an increase of 35.64%.
Conversely, Girişim Elektrik Sanayi led the list of stocks with the highest losses, declining by 16.70%.
It was followed by Qua Granite Hayal Yapı with a 14.16% drop and Ral Yatırım Holding with a 13.51% loss.
Investment and Pension Funds Investment funds closed the week with an average loss of 0.51%, while Private Pension System (BES) funds saw a decline of 0.86%.
Within the BES category, money market and starting funds rose by 0.72%, whereas index funds recorded a loss of 3.74%.
