Aksa Akrilik and Nuh Çimento Announce 2025 Dividend Plans: 5.6 Billion TL to be Distributed

Dividend Moves from Aksa Akrilik and Nuh Çimento Aksa Akrilik Kimya Sanayii A.Ş.
and Nuh Çimento Sanayi A.Ş., both listed on Borsa İstanbul, have announced their dividend distribution plans for 2025.
The decisions made by the boards of directors of both companies will be submitted for shareholder approval at the upcoming Ordinary General Assembly meetings.
2.25 Billion TL Payment from Aksa Akrilik The Board of Directors of Aksa Akrilik plans to distribute a total gross dividend of 2,253,300,000 TL from the 2025 net profit.
Accordingly, a gross dividend of 0.58 TL (58%) per share is anticipated.
After a 15% withholding tax, the net amount to be credited to investors' accounts will be 0.493 TL per share.
The proposal to start the cash dividend distribution on April 3, 2026, will be submitted for General Assembly approval.
22.50 TL Dividend Per Share at Nuh Çimento The Board of Directors of Nuh Çimento Sanayi A.Ş.
(NUHCM) has decided to distribute a total gross dividend of 3,379,806,000 TL from the 2025 profit.
A portion of the gross amount, totaling 2,717,312,675 TL, will be covered from free reserves set aside from previous years' profits.
In line with the decision, a gross dividend of 22.50 TL per share is planned, with the net amount calculated at 19.125 TL after withholding tax.
The proposal to start cash dividend payments on March 17, 2026, will be discussed and finalized at the Ordinary General Assembly to be held on March 14.
