Ata Turizm Begins Trading on Borsa Istanbul Under Ticker "ATATR"

Gong Ceremony at Borsa Istanbul Ata Turizm İşletmecilik Taşımacılık Madencilik Kuyumculuk Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret AŞ has officially entered the capital markets following a gong ceremony held at Borsa Istanbul.
The company's shares began trading under the ticker symbol "ATATR".
The ceremony was attended by Borsa Istanbul CEO Korkmaz Ergun, Dorak Holding and Ata Turizm Chairman Ahmet Serdar Körükcü, Chairman Ahmet Kaplan Tan, and Tera Yatırım CEO Emir Münir Sarpyener.
Strong Demand of 18 Billion TL Ata Turizm received significant interest during its initial public offering (IPO) process, collecting approximately 18 billion TL in demand.
The offering was oversubscribed by nearly six times its size, bringing in 650,000 new shareholders.
Emir Münir Sarpyener, CEO of Tera Yatırım, stated that the IPO was completed successfully and that the strong demand reflects market confidence in the company.
Sectoral Growth and Capital Markets Speaking at the ceremony, Borsa Istanbul CEO Korkmaz Ergun emphasized that the resources provided by capital markets to the tourism sector are critical for sustainable growth.
Chairman Ahmet Serdar Körükcü expressed satisfaction with the expansion of the company's shareholder base, noting that they will now focus on growth targets alongside their new partners.
