Index Performance The BIST 100 index ended the day up 0.70%, closing at 14,505.48 points.
It began the session at 14,381.24, fell 24.01 points to 14,357.04, then rose 14,673.07 before settling at 14,505.48.
BIST 30 Performance The BIST 30 index closed 0.79% higher at 17,239.14 points, up 135.43 points.
Sector Indices Financials: -0.23% Industry: -1.12% Services: -0.62% Technology: +1.17% Stock Performance Of the 52 stocks in the BIST 100, 52 gained, 44 fell, and 4 remained flat.
The most actively traded stocks were Sasa Polyester, Türkiye İş Bankası (C), Akbank, ASELSAN, and Turkish Airlines.
Currency and Bond Yields The Turkish lira's effective exchange rate was 48.3567 TL for purchase and 48.5504 TL for sale, slightly higher than the previous 48.3388/48.5325.
The simple yield on the 15 March 2028 Treasury was 36.29%, with a compounded yield of 39.58%.
Oil Prices Brent crude futures for November traded at $101.40, up 3.5% in London.
