Dividend Distribution Process Begins on Borsa Istanbul Following the release of 2025 financial results, companies listed on Borsa Istanbul have begun sharing their profit distribution plans with investors.
Between February 16 and 20, twelve companies submitted their board of directors' decisions to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) for general assembly approval.
The announcements are highlighted by high-rate bonus share increases and significant cash dividend proposals.
Cash Dividend Proposals from Automotive and Industrial Giants Tofaş (TOASO), a leader in the automotive sector, will propose a gross dividend of 20 TL (17 TL net) per share.
The proposed rights exercise date is March 23, 2026.
Ford Otosan (FROTO) plans to pay a gross dividend of 3.640 TL (3.0940 TL net) per share, with payments expected on March 18, 2026.
In the industrial sector, Nuh Çimento (NUHCM) offered one of the week's highest cash dividends at 22.50 TL gross (19.1250 TL net) per share.
Aksa Akrilik (AKSA) aims to distribute a net dividend of 0.4930 TL per share on April 7, 2026.
Payment Schedules for Holding and Finance Sectors Koç Holding (KCHOL) announced a dividend proposal of 6.830 TL gross (5.80550 TL net) per share.
The rights exercise date is set for March 25, with the payment date scheduled for March 27, 2026.
In the finance sector, Katılımevim (KTLEV) announced both a cash dividend and a 238.16% bonus share distribution.
Gedik Yatırım (GEDIK) proposed a gross dividend of 0.3750 TL per share.
Installment Payments and Bonus Share Distributions Several companies plan to distribute dividends in installments.
TAV Airports (TAVHL) will offer a total net payment of 3.0684 TL in two installments in July and September.
Lokman Hekim (LKMNH) similarly plans a total net payment of 0.3935 TL in two installments in May and September.
The most notable bonus share proposal of the week involves a decision to distribute 4000% of a 28 billion TL net period profit as bonus shares.
Additionally, Lila Kağıt (LILAK) will submit a net dividend of 1.2966 TL, and Selçuk Ecza (SELEC) will submit a net dividend of 0.3740 TL for general assembly approval.
