Financing and Bond Issuances Significant steps have been taken regarding the issuance of debt instruments by companies traded on Borsa İstanbul.
Enerjisa (ENJSA) signed off on the week's highest volume financing by issuing a bond worth 10 billion TL with a maturity of 2,548 days.
Other financing announcements include: Adel Kalemcilik (ADEL) and Otokar (OTKAR): 750 million TL bond issuance each.
SMRVA: 137 million TL in financing.
Dyo Boya (DYOBY): 95 million TL in financing.
Alves Kablo (ALVES): 50 million TL in financing.
Capital Increases and Ownership Changes Fenerbahçe (FENER) has applied to the Capital Markets Board (SPK) to increase its registered capital ceiling from 6.2 billion TL to 31.2 billion TL.
Meanwhile, Ata Gayrimenkul (ATATR) decided to increase the capital of its subsidiary, Novus Turizm, from 1 million TL to 3.2 billion TL.
Regarding changes in partnership structures, it was announced that 150 million shares belonging to Cem and Cengiz Okullu in Adra GYO (ADGYO) will be sold to Adra Holding.
Tera Yatırım (TERA) acquired shares representing 21.55% of Manas Enerji (MANAS) for 320.1 million TL, while Destek Finans (DSTKF) issued notifications regarding share sale transactions.
New Business Contracts Kalekim (KLYPV): Secured new business worth 147.9 million TL.
Europower Enerji (EUPWR): Reported a new contract valued at 988,000 USD.
Yeo Teknoloji (YEOTK): Announced the development of a 54 MWp solar power plant project in Romania.
Elite Naturel (ELITE): Announced the receipt of initial orders from US-based KeHE Distributors.
Legal and Operational Developments İzmir Fırça (IZENR) stated that a court has overturned a municipal council decision to close its plant in Aliağa, allowing production to continue uninterrupted.
Conversely, Tatlıpınar Enerji (TATEN) announced that 19 pre-license applications for storage-based wind and solar energy projects were rejected by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK).
In other news, Eminiş Ambalaj (EMNIS) completed its 51st installment payment under its concordat process.
A ban on credit transactions has been imposed on Frigo Pak (FRIGO) shares until March 19.
Finally, Alarko Holding (ALARK) reported an application to the Competition Authority regarding a strategic partnership in the energy sector.
