It was emphasized that transactions must be carried out only through authorized institutions to prevent investor grievances.
Authorized Institutions and Sales Conditions In Turkey, it is a legal requirement for sales of unprocessed silver in granulated form to be conducted through specific channels.
In this context, sales made through platforms other than banks, authorized refineries, and licensed jewelry businesses have no legal basis.
Borsa İstanbul stated that transactions exceeding these boundaries are under strict supervision.
Product Standards and Mandatory Information According to the communique published in the Official Gazette, unprocessed silver granules must meet specific standards.
In this regard, products are required to have the following characteristics: At least 99.9% purity level Presentation in sealed packaging Information on product fineness and net weight on the packaging Manufacturer refinery information and production date Aiming to protect transparency and consumer safety in silver investments, Borsa İstanbul called on industry representatives and investors to avoid buying and selling through illegal means.
