Institutional Investor Share Movements Changes in the capital structures and share trading activities of companies listed on Borsa Istanbul have been announced through Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) notifications.
Bank of America Corporation executed significant transactions in Arzum Electrical Home Appliances (ARZUM), purchasing 6,101,127 shares and selling 2,692,248 shares within the price range of 2.82 – 2.83 TL.
Following these transactions, the institution's stake in the company rose to 5.37%.
In the case of Consus Enerji (CONSE), the same institution took a net sell position in the 3.83 – 3.89 TL range, reducing its share ratio to 4.85%.
Changes in SASA and TEHOL Shares HSBC Holdings reduced its stake in SASA Polyester (SASA) to 4.99% following the sale of 4,000,000 shares.
Meanwhile, Tera Portföy's transactions in Tera Yatırım Holding (TEHOL), involving the purchase of 18,127,773 shares and the sale of 318,966 shares, brought its ownership ratio to 5.83%.
Buyback Programs and Controlling Shareholder Transactions Several companies carried out transactions under share buyback programs aimed at supporting their stock value: Ahlatcı Doğal Gaz (AHGAZ): 327,102 shares were repurchased at prices between 25.30 – 25.50 TL.
Escar Filo (ESCAR): 346,238 shares were repurchased.
Enerya Enerji (ENERY): 3,263,606 shares were repurchased.
Lokman Hekim (LKMNH): 20,000 shares were repurchased.
Additionally, Limak Çimento increased its stake in Limak Doğu Anadolu Çimento (LKMDC) to 70.30% after purchasing 1,660,000 shares.
