The exchange emphasized that sales carried out in violation of regulations disrupt market order and may lead to investor grievances, noting that legal proceedings will be initiated against non-compliant platforms.
Mandatory Standards for Granule Silver Sales The announcement reminded stakeholders of the technical requirements for granule silver products to be eligible for trade.
According to the legislation, products offered for sale must be in sealed bags, and the bags must feature the fineness, net weight, and refinery emblem.
Furthermore, the products must clearly state the phrase "Granule Silver" or "Silver Granules" along with the production date.
It was stated that products not meeting these criteria cannot be traded, and the Ministry of Treasury and Finance is closely monitoring the situation.
Only Authorized Institutions May Conduct Transactions The statement reminded that trade in standard unprocessed precious metals can only be carried out by specific institutions.
