CBRT Revokes Operating Licenses of Three Payment and E-Money Institutions

License Revocations Announced The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) has officially revoked the operating licenses of three payment and electronic money institutions.
The decision was published in the Official Gazette and has entered into force immediately.
According to the announcement, the licenses were canceled following evaluations conducted under Law No.
6493 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services, and Electronic Money Institutions, dated June 20, 2013.
Affected Institutions The institutions whose operating licenses have been revoked are as follows: Fzypay Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri AŞ Klon Ödeme Kuruluşu AŞ TTM Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri AŞ With this decision, the aforementioned companies no longer have the authority to provide payment services or issue electronic money.
The decision was officially approved and announced to the public by the Central Bank in accordance with the relevant articles of Law No.
6493.
