Empa Elektronik (EMPAE) to Begin Trading on Borsa Istanbul on February 26

Trading Date and Details The initial public offering (IPO) process for Empa Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., which was approved by the Capital Markets Board (SPK) in its bulletin dated February 12, 2026, has been completed.
According to a notification made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company's shares representing a nominal value of 170,000,000 TL have been listed in accordance with the Listing Directive.
Empa Elektronik shares will start trading on the Borsa Istanbul Main Market starting Thursday, February 26, 2026.
The company will be tracked on the exchange under the ticker "EMPAE.E" using the continuous trading method.
Transaction Price and Order Limits The 38,000,000 TL nominal value shares offered to the public will enter the market at a base price of 22 TL.
In an announcement by Borsa Istanbul, it was noted that the maximum order value for the relevant transactions has been set at 1,000,000 TL.
IPO Results and Distribution Data In the IPO conducted on February 19-20, 2026, using the "Fixed Price Bookbuilding" method, shares were distributed to a total of 1,134,537 investors.
Based on the distribution by investor group, individual investors received an average of 20-21 lots per person.
The total size of the IPO reached 836,000,000 TL, and the company is expected to enter the stock exchange with a broad investor base.
