IPO Details and Share Price The initial public offering (IPO) process for Empa Elektronik to be listed on Borsa Istanbul is reaching its conclusion.
During the book-building period held on February 19-20, 2026, company shares were offered to investors at a fixed price of 22.00 TL.
Investors can submit their demands until the end of the business day today, marking the final stage of the collection process.
IPO Size and Distribution Method A total of 38 million shares are planned for sale within the scope of the IPO, with the total size of the offering calculated at 836 million TL.
The distribution of shares among investors will follow the equal distribution method.
Additionally, it has been stated that the company's shares are compliant with the participation index.
Trading Process on Borsa Istanbul Following the completion of the book-building process, the results are expected to be announced and shares transferred to investor accounts.
Once all procedures are finalized, Empa Elektronik will begin trading on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker code "EMPAE".
