Yaprak Süt ve Besi Çiftlikleri Announces Date for 2000% Bonus Share Issue

Capital Increase Process Completed Yaprak Süt ve Besi Çiftlikleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
(YAPRK) has announced the schedule for its bonus share issue, approved by the Capital Markets Board (SPK), via the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).
The company decided to increase its current issued capital of 14,200,000 TL by 2000%, exceeding the registered capital ceiling for this one-time transaction.
Distribution of Internal Resources The company detailed the distribution of the total amount to be used in the capital increase.
The financing for the bonus share issue will be covered by the following items: 194,079,216.53 TL from positive capital adjustment differences 12,651,352.45 TL from equity inflation differences 77,269,431.02 TL from extraordinary reserves Rights Exercise Schedule The amendment to Article 6 of the company's articles of association regarding capital was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on February 20, 2026.
According to the official statement, the rights exercise date for the bonus shares has been set for Friday, February 27, 2026.
Investors holding YAPRK shares in their portfolios on this date will be eligible to benefit from the bonus share issuance.
