Yaprak Süt Sets Date for 2000% Bonus Share Capital Increase

has finalized the schedule for its 2000% bonus capital increase aimed at strengthening its capital structure.
In a notification to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company announced that the rights exercise start date is February 27, 2026.
Capital Rising to 298.2 Million TL As part of the capital increase process, the company's current issued capital of 14,200,000 TL will be raised to 298,200,000 TL.
The distribution of the increased amount is detailed as follows: 194 million TL from positive differences in capital adjustment 12.6 million TL from equity inflation differences 77.2 million TL from extraordinary reserves Registration Procedures Completed In accordance with the relevant communiqué provisions of the Capital Markets Board (SPK), the registered capital ceiling of 50,000,000 TL was exceeded for this one-time transaction.
The amendment to the capital article of the company's articles of association was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on February 20, 2026.
Investors will be able to exercise their rights for the 2000% bonus shares starting from February 27, 2026.
This process is intended to provide the company's equity structure with a stronger outlook.
