Simultaneous Operations Across 8 Provinces Under the coordination of the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, a major operation was launched against the alleged laundering of revenues obtained through the OnlyFans platform, which is currently blocked in Turkey.
The Istanbul-centered operation was carried out with simultaneous raids across eight provinces, including Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Balıkesir, Kocaeli, and Samsun.
300 Million Lira in Assets Frozen Following technical and physical surveillance by law enforcement units, strong evidence was found indicating that suspects laundered their earnings by integrating them into the financial system through real estate, luxury vehicles, gold, crypto assets, and bank accounts.
As a result of the operation, authorities seized two companies, 10 properties, and 14 vehicles.
The total value of the seized assets is estimated to be approximately 300 million TL.
Investigation Details and Suspects The Prosecutor's Office noted that access to the OnlyFans platform was blocked on June 7, 2023, on the grounds that it contained content inconsistent with public morality and the Turkish family structure.
Legal proceedings have been initiated against a total of 25 individuals and two companies as part of the investigation.
It was determined that several individuals with detention warrants, including Merve Taşkın, Gizem Bağdaçiçek, Burçin Erol, and Serpil Cansız, are currently abroad.
Other suspects named in the investigation include Azranur Ay, Vandan Arman, Gizem Avcı, Yağmur Şimşek, Öznur Güven, and Cansu Bade Taş.
These individuals are alleged to have attempted to launder crime-related income through various investment instruments.
The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office stated that the multifaceted investigation is continuing meticulously.
